The 2021 F150 comes with a 2.0 kilowatt, 2.4 kilowatt and 7.4 kilowatt onboard generators. The 5.0L V8 comes with an optional 2.0 kilowatt generator which is sufficient for camping and low power consuming landscaping equipment. The hybrid models get the increased power output of 2.4 and whopping 7.2 kilowatts enough to power a welding workshop for up to 32 hours. The electrical system for the generator is kept different from the rest of the vehicle allowing the F150 to continuously power equipment on the move like a mini fridge and low power consuming work tools.
